Court Reservations and Guest Rules

Court reservations for Roxbury's 3 paddle tennis courts may be made up to 3 days in advance of play. To reserve a court visit http://www.roxburycourts.com.  Be sure to provide all 4 player names when reserving a court. Guests should be registered in the online reservation.  The fee is $5 per guest and the member reserving the court will be charged.  Paddle guests are limited to 4 visits per winter season.  If you are unable to play please cancel your online reservation.
Courts may be closed due to severe weather conditions. It is not the Club's responsibility to contact Club  members who have a reserved court. If there are snow or icy conditions please confirm court status by checking the status on the answering machine at 203-329-8485.

Court and Tennis Pavilion Hours

All three paddle tennis courts may be reserved for 1.5 hour play. The first court time begins at 8:00am. The final court time begins at 8:00pm. Lights go off daily at 9:30pm. Please note that court reservations may be pre-empted due to special paddle events. Dates and times for special events will be posted on the bulletin board outside the paddle courts, in the Paddle e-Newsletters, and on this site.

The Tennis Pavilion is open daily from 7:30am to 10:00pm. Please turn off all the lights when you depart.

General Rules 

1) All players must wear sneakers.  

2) Court heaters are to be used to melt snow/ice and dry off wet courts only. Heaters should not be used when it is raining. Please limit heating time to 15 minutes to ensure efficient use of propane. Controls for the heaters are located inside the Tennis Pavilion kitchen area.

3) Do not chip ice off the courts.  Chipping may damage the court surface.

Court Priority

To ensure maximum use of our paddle tennis courts, all courts will be reserved for organized and scheduled play at various times throughout the week.  These will be posted on the website and the calendar.
